2. The Operator

The Operator is a DVLA Registered Number Plate Supplier (RNPS) who is independently licensed to manufacture and sell number plates in accordance with applicable UK legislation, including the Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001 and associated BSAU 145d standards.

All RNPS identification details, maker’s name, postcode, and BSAU markings displayed on plates produced through this Website are those of the Operator, not the Platform Owner.

All contracts of sale formed through this Website are entered into between the customer and the Operator. The Platform Owner is not a party to any such contract.

3. Platform Owner Liability

Rivmedia, as Platform Owner, expressly disclaims all liability in connection with:

• The sale, manufacture, supply, or fulfilment of any number plates or products through this Website
• The Operator’s compliance with DVLA regulations, RNPS obligations, or any other applicable law
• The verification of customer entitlement to a registration mark
• The accuracy of any information submitted by customers to the Operator

• Any regulatory action, fine, or sanction arising from the Operator’s trading activities
• Any consequences arising from the production of number plates based on documentation submitted by customers

The Platform Owner’s maximum liability to any user in connection with use of this Website, under any cause of action, shall not exceed £1 (one pound sterling).

4. Customer Responsibilities and DVLA Compliance

Customers purchasing replacement or personalised number plates must ensure they hold the legal right to display the registration mark in question. The Operator is responsible for verifying customer entitlement in accordance with DVLA requirements.

The Platform Owner makes no representation and accepts no responsibility regarding whether any customer is lawfully entitled to use any particular registration mark.
