Dispatch: same day before 2pm
Every order placed by 2.00pm on a working day is pressed and dispatched that same day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays; orders placed after the cut-off, or on a weekend or bank holiday, are dispatched the next working day. Plates and any accessories in the same order travel together in one parcel.
Delivery times
We send everything by express courier service with Evri. Most parcels arrive within 24 to 72 hours of dispatch, and a large share arrive next day. These are the courier’s service speeds rather than a guarantee from us: once a parcel is with the carrier, transit time depends on their network and demand, which no retailer can control. If your order has not arrived within 72 hours of dispatch, get in touch and we will chase it from our side.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland
Allow up to 4 working days from dispatch for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other extended-network postcodes.
Tracking
Evri provides us with internal tracking rather than customer-facing tracking numbers, so we cannot send you a link to follow the van. What we can do is check your parcel’s status on request, including confirmation of delivery, so if you want to know where your order is at any point, contact us with your order number and we will look it up straight away.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the plates and packaging as they arrived and see our Returns Policy for how claims are handled. If a parcel is showing as delivered but has not reached you, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate with the courier, including their proof-of-delivery photographs.
