Fitment & Compatibility
Our number plate holders fit standard UK car plates - the 520mm × 111mm size found on the vast majority of vehicles on UK roads. They work with acrylic and ABS plates alike, including 3D gel and 4D laser-cut styles from our plate builder. Fitting takes minutes: the surround mounts to the vehicle using your existing screw points or heavy-duty adhesive pads, and the plate clips securely into the frame - no drilling through your new plates required.
Ordering plates at the same time? Add a surround in the final step of the plate builder and we'll match it to your order automatically - your surround arrives in the same box as your plates.

Are number plate surrounds road legal?
Yes. Our surrounds frame the plate without covering any part of the registration, the plate's British Standard markings or the supplier details, so your plates remain fully road legal.
Will they fit my number plates?
Our holders are made for standard UK car plates (520mm x 111mm) - the size fitted to the vast majority of UK vehicles. They suit both acrylic and ABS plates, including 3D gel and 4D styles.
Are surrounds sold individually or in pairs?
They are supplied as a matched pair - one for the front plate and one for the rear - so both ends of your vehicle get the same finish.
What is the difference between the Normal and Luxury surround?
The Normal surround is a clean premium frame around the plate. The Luxury surround adds a lower tab carrying the marque logo of your choice, with colour options for many logos.
Can I get a logo you don't currently offer?
Quite possibly - we add new logo designs regularly. Get in touch with the logo you're after and we'll confirm whether we can produce it.
How do I fit a plate surround?
Fitting takes a few minutes using your vehicle's existing screw points or the supplied heavy-duty adhesive pads. The plate then clips securely into the frame - no drilling through the plate needed.
